In the lunchroom

Me at Bocce

In September of 2010, I participated in the Special Olympic sport known as Bocce Ball as a W.H.S Official. I served food along with two of my classmates to the other Officials and contestants. I support Bocce Ball because it gives people who may have never won anything in their life a chance to be a winner and excel at something.

Community Service: In my 8th and 10th grade years, I participated in Special Olympics Bocce Ball as an official, and in both grades I participated in Y-Club, where I recycled paper for two teachers, gave doughnuts to  local firemen, gave socks and lotion to elderly people, decorated the school Christmas tree, babysat for the school Grandparents Auction, and collected canned good for families in need.

This was me at Bocce Ball, in the lunchroom while preparing food.
